This video demonstrates some of the best deltoid exercises. Try doing 2 or 3 sets of 15 for each of the exercises in this video. You could also do 1 set of 20 for each exercise then add some weight and do 1 set of 15 for each exercise. Add weight one more time and do 1 set of 10 for each exercise.
