This video is about how to stop resisting what is.
Most suffering we as human beings experience is because we are resisting that which is. This means that we are making things worse for ourselves.
We often just jump into auto-pilot mode when something happends that we dont like. We react by generating al ot of negative feelings and thoughts. By doing this, we are actually holding on these things.
In this video I talk about letting go of these negative responses in order to stop the suffering for yourself.
