I share with you the delicious vegan meals that I ate throughout the day and I know I dont have too much fat but Im not fit either so my goal is to become fit and healthy and have the right amount of fat for my weight and height. I hope you guys join me on this journey and join me if youd like so we can get fit and healthy together. I make two meals in this video and they were both really satisfying. For breakfast, I had a Chocolate Cinnamon Oatmeal with some blueberries and it was really good and still healthy. Then for my lunch/dinner I had a really yummy veggie bowl with quinoa, avocados and some dressing.
