Watch This is my favourite chocolate cake! Mostly because its the only one I can eat. This is my grain-free, dairy-free healthy-er chocolate cake that I make for almost every special occasion. It is very rich and fluffy like a regular chocolate cake, except that its not terrible for your health! Here is the recipe :)1 cup water1/2 cup almondsBlend well for about a minute1 1/2 cups honey2 large eggs2 tbs coconut oilblend with the almond milkFor dry ingredients:1 cup buckwheat flour1/2 cup coconut flour1/2 cup cocoa powder4 tbs tapioca starch2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp saltcombine and then mix in wet ingredients. divide into two oiled cake pans. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes-toothpick testFor the Filling:1 cup dates1/2 cup water1 ripe avacado1 ripe banana2 tsp apple cider vinegarchop of thoroughly in a food processor then add:1/2 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup chopped up roasted almondsSpread the filling in between the two cake layers.
