Mazeed pani daal kar ghounday jb tak ata naram na hojai. Ab atay ko side per rakh dain. Dosra piala lain us mein sufaid cholay,zeera,pisi kali mirch tamatar,pyaz,podina, hara dhaniya daal kar mix kar lain aur chaat bana lain. Ab ghounday howe attay ko bail kr roti bana lain aur ek gol cheez ki madad se kachori ki size kat lain. Ab kati hui roti per chaat bharay aur us k uper dosri roti se dhak dain aur side se daba dain. Ab karahi mein tail garam karain aur kachori ko tal lain jb tk k suneri na hojai. Ab side mein nikal kar rakh dain. Ek chotay pan mein allo bukhara, pani cheeni aur chaat masala daal kar allo bukharay ki chatni bana lain. Ab Chaat kachori ko allo ki chutney k sath pesh karain. In a bowl add maida, oil and salt and mix it well. Now add water to make a dough. Set aside. Now take another bowl add chickpeas,cumin seeds,black pepper powder,tomato,onion,mint,coriander leaves. Mix is well. Chaat is ready. Set it aside. Now take a dough and roll it with the rolling pin and then with the help of any round shape cutter cut it in the shape of kachori. Now add chaat on one kachori add cover it with another. Repeat the same with others. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachori until golden brown. When they are ready set aside. Take a pan add plum ,water,sugar and chaat masala and make plum sauce.
